Who can sell

Studios and verified vendors can list production goods across sets, lights, stagecraft, costumes, makeup, items and merch. Listings must be accurate about condition, quantity, location and fulfilment.

Requests and quotes

A studio can post a request; vendors reply with a quote. Accepting a quote creates an order and captures payment into escrow. Quotes are binding on the vendor until withdrawn.

Fulfilment

• The seller marks an order shipped or ready and provides tracking or pickup details.
• The buyer confirms receipt, which releases escrow.
• Unconfirmed orders auto-release 14 days after the seller marks fulfilment, unless a dispute is opened.

Prohibited items

• Weapons and live ammunition, pyrotechnics and hazardous chemicals.
• Counterfeit goods, stolen property or items you cannot legally resell.
• Anything requiring a licence you do not hold.

Buyer protection

Escrow, dispute review and seller ratings apply to every order placed on-platform. Paying a vendor directly voids these protections.
