Badges

• Identity verified: we checked a government ID against your account name.
• Portfolio verified: we checked credits, representation or portfolio links you supplied.
• Studio verified: we checked the organisation's existence and your authority to represent it.

Review

Submissions are reviewed by a human. You can watch each step and its timestamp on the verification timeline in your dashboard. Decisions include a reason, and you are notified in-app and by email.

What verification does and does not mean

Verification confirms identity or portfolio evidence at a point in time. It is not an endorsement of talent, professionalism or solvency, and it does not guarantee bookings.

Documents

Identity documents are stored in a private bucket, visible only to reviewers, and deleted once the decision is final and any appeal window has passed.

Revocation

A badge can be revoked for fraud, impersonation or a change in the underlying facts. You will be told why and may reapply after 30 days.
